Graduate Program

Hassan Allam Holding is proud to announce that Hassan Allam Academy has launched the sixth iteration of its graduate employment program. The program will accept fresh graduates with up to one year of work experience and will offer a two-year engineering track for civil, mechanical, architecture, and electrical and a one-year business track covering HR, finance, marketing, investment, and business development.

The graduate program provides rotations across different departments and will allow them to gain a multitude of skills across an array of functions. As part of the program, the graduates will undergo a number of assessments to support them in identifying their professional strengths and areas of development.

The program forms part of HAH’s plan to develop the capacities of its employees and equip them with the required skills to excel in their professional careers. To date, the program has graduated three cohorts, whose graduates have been situated within fixed roles across various departments.
