The vision for Almaza City Centre is to create a superregional shopping center utilizing its 100,000 m2 GLA, combining anchor units, 23 restaurants, 18 food courts, 13,040 m2 Carrefour, 16 state of-the-art VOX Cinemas, and 1,800 m2 Magic Planet Family Entertainment.​

The retail development of the Project shall be split over two levels.​
