Ridgewood Egypt for Infrastructure Projects was founded in 1999 to deliver water and power on a build, own, and operate basis.. Since then, we have been determined to seek business prospects and expand vertically and horizontally while leveraging our knowledge and resources to fulfill consumers' expectations. With effect from November 2020, Hassan Allam Utilities and Almar Water Solutions have bought the business. The company's long-term goal is to consolidate Ridgewood in the water services and investments at a local level. The new shareholders brought an improvement in technical diversification, financial capacities to tackle the latest initiatives the market needs, and a long-term vision of the business.
